Hi! I’m Sabrina,
A primary school teacher and the founder of Love to Learn Tutoring.
After graduating with a Bachelor of Primary Education, I began my teaching career as a specialist Science teacher, working with students from Years 1 to 6.
Wanting to broaden my experience, I moved to a small country town in Western Australia’s Great Southern, where I taught a Year 5/6 class. I worked closely with students, families and colleagues in a supportive community.
When I returned to Perth, I spent two years teaching at a private girls’ school.
While I love teaching, I also experienced the realities of today’s classrooms. I saw firsthand how difficult it can be for one teacher to provide every student with the individual attention they deserve while balancing curriculum demands, behaviour management, wellbeing and administration. I often wished I had more time to sit beside students who needed extra support, encouragement or challenge.
That is why I created Love to Learn Tutoring.
My goal is to provide the personalised, one-on-one support that helps children build confidence, close learning gaps and develop a genuine love of learning. Every session is tailored to each child’s individual strengths, goals and learning style using evidence-based teaching practices aligned with the Curriculum.
Whether your child needs extra support, intervention, extension or simply a confidence boost, I am passionate about helping them discover that they can succeed.
